Naturopathy and Hijama, with prices up front

Four ways to see me, with the fee written next to each one. No packages, no membership, nothing added at the desk. Fees below apply at Bankstown and Lakemba; at South Wentworthville they differ slightly.

Herbal formulas are made up for you rather than picked off a shelf, which is why a plan starts with the hour rather than the bottle.

  • Initial Naturopathic Consultation

    60 minutes, first visit

    The long one, and the one everything else is built on. A full hour to go through your health history properly and leave with a plan written down in steps.

    What it includes

    • Full health history, diet, sleep, stress, digestion, cycles, medications
    • Review of any pathology or scans you bring
    • Physical assessment where relevant
    • A written plan that may include herbal medicine, compounding, food and lifestyle changes
    • Referral on if something sits outside my scope

  • Return Consultation, 45 minutes

    45 minutes, fuller follow-up

    The longer review. Room to go through new results, several concerns at once, or a plan that needs reworking rather than nudging.

    • New pathology or specialist reports looked at
    • Formulas reworked, dosing and timing adjusted

  • Return Consultation, 30 minutes

    30 minutes, standard follow-up

    A check-in to see how the plan is sitting with your life, and to adjust it. Most people come back two to four weeks after the first visit.

  • Hijama (Wet Cupping)

    30 to 40 minutes, all three clinics

    A traditional practice, carried out carefully. We talk through your history and consent first, I explain the points I have selected, and everything used is sterile and single-use.

  • Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA)

    Laboratory test plus interpretation

    A laboratory analysis of a small sample of scalp hair, read alongside your bloods and history rather than on its own.

Homoeopathy and nutritional compounding are prepared and delivered within a consultation, so there is nothing extra to book. Herbal formulas and supplements, if part of your plan, are charged separately at cost. Fees at South Wentworthville differ slightly, ask when you book.

The questions people ask about cost

Money and logistics, answered before you book. Anything about your own health picture is better asked on the free roadmap call, where I can actually respond to it.

Full booking and cancellation policy

  • What does a consultation cost?

    An initial consultation is $165 for 60 minutes. Returns are $125 for 45 minutes or $90 for 30 minutes, and Hijama is $95. Those are the Bankstown and Lakemba fees; at South Wentworthville they differ slightly, so ask when you book.

  • Can I claim it on Medicare or private health?

    Not on Medicare, but often on private health. As a member of the NHAA I am a recognised provider with CBHS and with the funds in the Australian Regional Health Group (ARHG), so naturopathy consultations can be claimable depending on your level of cover and your extras limits. Check what your policy allows, and I will give you an itemised receipt to claim with. No referral is needed either way.

  • When and how do I pay?

    Card or cash at the end of the session for in-person appointments. Phone and online consultations are paid upfront. Nothing gets added at the desk.

  • Are herbs and supplements included in the fee?

    No. The fee covers the hour, the assessment and the written plan. If a herbal formula or supplement is part of that plan it is charged separately at cost, and I tell you the price before you agree to it.

  • Do I have to buy supplements to work with you?

    No. Plenty of plans start with food, sleep and routine and nothing else. I prescribe when it will make a real difference rather than by default, and you decide what you are willing to take on.

  • Which appointment should I book first?

    The free roadmap call if you are not sure this is for you, an initial consultation if you already know. The call is short, costs nothing, and ends with me telling you honestly whether I am the right practitioner for what is going on.

  • How many appointments will I need?

    Most people come back two to four weeks after the first consultation, then less often as things settle. You will get an honest estimate at the end of your first visit, including what it is likely to cost, before committing to anything.

  • Do you offer phone or online consultations?

    Yes, for initial and return appointments where the work suits it. They run the same length, are paid upfront, and your plan is emailed to you afterwards. Hijama has to be in person.

  • Can I book Hijama without a naturopathic consultation?

    Yes, Hijama can be booked on its own for $95. Screening and consent happen before any cups go on, and if the screening rules it out on the day there is no charge.

  • Do you look at blood tests I already have?

    Bring whatever you have, including older results, and I will go through them with you in plain language alongside whatever your GP is managing. If further testing would genuinely change the plan, I will explain what it is and what it costs first.

  • What happens if I need to cancel or move a time?

    Up to 24 hours before, there is no fee, just use the booking link or call or text. Inside 24 hours it is half the fee, and a missed appointment with no contact at all is the full fee. Sudden illness and genuine emergencies are waived.
