Everything you need to know about our approach and services.

What is Naturopathy?
Naturopathy is based on the principle of treating the root cause of health issues, not just the symptoms. It focuses on the whole person (mind, body, spirit) to restore balance and enhance the body’s self-healing ability. It is best viewed as a complementary approach that works alongside modern medical treatments to support overall health and well-being.

True wellness comes from addressing the root causes of illness rather than simply managing symptoms. We use a holistic and personalised approach to understand your unique needs, lifestyle, and goals, which allows us to support the body’s natural ability to heal and thrive.

Yes, our practice is grounded in both traditional and evidence-based natural medicine. We are dedicated to harnessing the body’s natural healing abilities by incorporating traditional remedies and modern scientific knowledge.
What is included in the Initial Consultation, and what is the cost?
Your Initial Consultation (60 mins) is $150. It is a comprehensive session to explore your full health history, current symptoms, and lifestyle habits. We aim to uncover the root causes of your concerns and provide a foundational treatment protocol.
Return Consultations (30 mins) are $90. They are typically done one month after your initial consultation to review your progress, discuss any changes (including testing results), and adjust your treatment plan as needed to keep you moving toward your health goals.
Acute Consultations are $50 and are shorter appointments focused on addressing a specific, short-term concern such as a cold, flu, mild digestive upset, or skin flare-up. We provide quick, targeted recommendations for natural recovery.
How does Homoeopathy work, and is it safe?
Homoeopathy is a holistic system based on the principle of “like cures like” to stimulate the body’s own healing response. It has a high safety profile because remedies are highly diluted, making them gentle yet effective for babies, pregnant women, and those on multiple medications.
Hijama is a traditional healing practice involving gentle suction on the skin to stimulate blood flow and remove stagnant fluids. Wet cupping additionally involves small superficial incisions to draw out a small amount of blood, which is believed to help eliminate toxins and restore balance.
Nutritional compounding allows us to create personalised formulas tailored specifically to your individual health needs. This means fewer unnecessary ingredients, more targeted support, and eliminating the need to take multiple off-the-shelf products.
