Book an appointment
Choose your clinic below and I will get you a time. If you have not seen me before, start with the free roadmap call, it costs nothing and there is no obligation to book anything after it.
First, which clinic?
Each clinic keeps its own diary, so how you book changes with your choice.
3 Sir Joseph Banks St, Bankstown NSW 2200. Booked through the clinic’s diary.
Pick a time in the clinic’s booking portal
The clinic runs its own diary, so the calendar opens in a new tab. Choose me, Imaad Karim, as your practitioner, then pick your appointment type and time.
Rather not book online?
Call or text and I will find you a time myself, including the free roadmap call.

Booking and cancellation, in plain terms
Life happens and appointments move, that is fine. These are here so you know where you stand before you book, not to catch anyone out.
-
Confirming
You will get it in writing
A confirmation arrives by email or text as soon as the time is held, with a reminder the day before. If anything in it looks wrong, reply to the reminder or call me and I will fix it.
-
Moving a time
24 hours notice, no fee
Reschedule or cancel any time up to 24 hours before your appointment and there is nothing to pay. Use the booking link, or a call or text, whichever is quicker for you.
-
Late notice
Inside 24 hours, half the fee
Cancelling with less than a day’s notice is charged at 50% of the consultation, because the time is rarely refillable that late. Genuine emergencies and sudden illness are waived, just tell me what happened.
-
Missed
A no-show is the full fee
If an appointment passes with no contact at all, the full fee applies and is payable before the next booking. This almost never comes up, and a two-line text the morning of avoids it entirely.
-
Running late
Come anyway, within reason
Arrive late and we still use what is left of the hour, since the next person is booked in behind you. Past 15 minutes with no word, the slot is treated as missed.
-
Paying
Settled on the day
Card or cash at the end of the session, with any herbs or supplements charged separately. Telehealth consultations are paid upfront. Naturopathy is not covered by Medicare, but through my NHAA membership consultations can be claimable with CBHS and ARHG funds, so bring your card or ask me for an itemised receipt.
Hijama has two extra conditions
Screening and written consent happen before any cups go on, and if the screening rules it out on the day there is no charge. Come hydrated and not fasting from fluids, and let me know beforehand if you take blood thinners, are diabetic, or have had a recent iron result on the low side.
Unwell on the day?
Do not come in with a fever, a cough or anything contagious. Tell me and we move it at no cost, or switch to a phone consultation if what we need to cover works over the phone. That is a clinic full of other people’s immune systems, and some of them are already having a hard week.
